Betty (Our Beloved Freezer)

Needing a last minute cake? Swing by the shop or give us a call to see what we’ve got in our freezer. Flavor options vary depending on what we have in stock, but we typically have a few “Betty Cakes” on hand for your last minute needs.

• Cake Thawing Instructions: If time allows, refrigerate overnight, then allow to come to room temp before eating.

• Cinnamon Roll Reheating Instructions: If time allows, thaw on counter for an hour or more. Cover with foil and place in 300 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Store icing in the fridge until ready to use. Microwave it for 30 seconds, ice and enjoy.

• Sourdough Sandwich loaves: Thaw on counter and consume within 4 days. Store at room temperature after slicing into the loaf. Do not refrigerate. Refrigeration dries out the loaf.
